Entries will only be accepted on receipt of an entry form and full payment.

(Anyone who sends in a cheque which bounces will incur an additional £10.00 fee to cover my costs/time sorting it out.)

BFA No. / Apply for license at , all fencers must be at least ‘social’ members of BF to compete at the event.
Some events may be combined to make a sensible sized event, however U18 and U16 events will not be combined with the younger ages that use size 2 Epees. Under 10s to use size 0 Epees and Under 8s (depending on numbers) size 0 Epoils/Epees.
If categories are combined then they will be separated so each category will have its own champion/results sheet.

Entry Fee – £12.00 (cheques payable to ’Elite Epee Events’).

Late entries will only be accepted if there is available space in an event with an additional entry fee of £5.00 per event entry.

The organisers retain the right to not accept any entries after closing date (check Website for details).

Closing Date – Saturday 27th January 2018.

I confirm that I have read and will conform to the competition particulars ( and accept that the organizers cannot be held responsible for any accident, loss or damage sustained at this tournament. I accept that photographs/videomay be taken at the event and that this material may be used by the organizers for publicity of the event/fencing in general. I confirm my child either lives/goes to school/fences at a fencing club (or linked feeder school) in Cambridgeshire.

For Chris’s pupils – If you need to borrow equipment for an event; please complete the below section detailing what kit you will need to borrow. Usually there is a £3 hire charge, however to encourage participation this will be waived for this event, however contributions towards washing/wear & tear would be much appreciated.
