Blue One Transportation, the preferred transportation service of the Hilton Tampa Downtown, offers non-stop transportation to and from the Tampa International Airport. To use this service, call the transportation hotline when walking off of your plane prior to picking up luggage at 813-333-3598. Pricing is $13 for a single passenger or $11 for 2 or more guests.
Taxi service by Yellow Cab and United Cab is available at the curbside outside of the Baggage Claim Level.
Access to on-airport rental car providers is available directly across the walkway in the Red and Blue baggage claim areas. Courtesy vehicle service to off-airport rental car companies is available at either end of the Red and Blue baggage claim.
Directions: Take I-275 N and take Downtown West exit #44. Stay left on the ramp as the road forks. Merge onto Tampa St., a one-way street. Stay in the left lane; the hotel is eight blocks down on the left side, at the SE corner of Jackson & Tampa.
Access to public bus transportation is found on Tia Terminal, HART bus 30 provides service to Whiting St and Tampa St, just a few blocks from the Hilton Tampa Downtown. Pricing for a one-way trip is $2.00.
By Train: Amtrak serves the Tampa area via its Tampa Union Station (TPA), which is located approximately one mile from Hilton Tampa Downtown. Taxi service is available at the station.
By Bus: Greyhound services the Tampa area through its Tampa Greyhound Express Station located approximately a mile from Hilton Tampa Downtown. Taxi service is available at the station.
By Car:
Via I-275N (from south): Take Downtown West exit #44. Stay left on the ramp as the road forks. Merge onto Tampa Street, a one way street. Stay in the left lane. The Hilton Downtown Tampa is eight blocks down on the left side, at the SE corner of Jackson & Tampa.
Via I-275S (from north): Take Downtown exit #45A. Stay right on the ramp as the road forks. Merge onto Tampa Street, a one way street. Stay in the left lane, the Hilton Tampa Downtown is eight blocks down on the left side at the SE corner of Jackson & Tampa.
