Terms & Conditions

1.  Stand a chance to win either a Stickocinno Milk frother, stoneware from Le Creuset or a DeLonghi cappuccino machine in participating Spar stores (the “Competition”).

2.  The Competition is open to residents of South Africa who are over the age of 18 years, except employees of Parmalat South Africa(Pty) Ltd, Spar Stores,their associated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, consultants, marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities or their immediate family members (“Qualifying Participant”).

3.  The Competition commences on 28 October 2017 and ends on 26th November 2017 and is only relevant to the following 20 participating Spar stores on the particular days as mentioned below:

4.  Entry to the Competition is subject to the following conditions:

a.  Purchase any (6 X 1L) case of Parmalat EverFresh UHT Milk;

b.  Take your till slip to the Parmalat promoter at the front of the store so that your entry can be verified;

c.  Participate in an ‘electronic spin n’ win’ on a tablet device provided by the promoter. Participants will be required to enter their full name and contact number to play. If you land on 3 Everfresh packs, you will win a Stickocinno Milk frother in-store;

d.  There are 5 Stickocinno’s to be given away per store, per day, of aforementioned activation dates (200 frother units in total);

e.  Each participant is automatically entered into a lucky draw to stand a chance to win 1 of 30 stoneware sets from Le Creuset, or 1 DeLonghi cappuccino machine;

f.  Each purchase of a (6 X 1L) case of Parmalat EverFresh UHT Milk equals one entry.

5.  Winners will be announced by 1 December 2017.

6.  Le Crueset and DeLonghi Prizes will be delivered to the winners, and may take up to 14 working days.

7.  Milk frothers will be handed to the winners instantly in-store.

8.  Prizes are not transferable.

9.  The winner will be expected to sign an acceptance form and agree to the use of his/her image and their experience of the Competition as part of the reporting process and for no additional fee.

10.  The Competition organizers’ will not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of prizes.

11.  The organizers have the right to change or terminate the Competition at their discretion.

12.  Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of the Competition rules contained herein.

13.  The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
