This is the application for exhibition space at one or more of the One Voice events listed above.
Exhibitor space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. See rate chart below which includes special benefits for Early Bird Exhibitors.
Exhibitor Fee includes
v 1 six foot standard table covered and skirted with 2 chairs
v 2 exhibitor badges per table
v admission to 2 breakfasts per badge
v inclusion of exhibitor materials in the conference bag distributed to all attendees
v inclusion of exhibitor ½ page ad and company information in the Daily Conference Schedule distributed to all attendees

v 30 minute presentation on one or more of the event days.

Exhibitor Reservations are confirmed only when 1) online registration by exhibitor is successfully completed, or 2) when form above is rec’d with full payment by check and funds have cleared, or 3) when form above is rec’d with complete credit card information that is processed successfully.

Delivery of Promotional materials and/or Sample Giveaways to Venues
The insertion of such items in conference bags is completed on site at each venue and so they must be delivered directly there. Such items cannot be delivered earlier than 7 days in advance of any event or storage charges will be applied at the discretion of venue management. Such items must be delivered no later than the Wednesday prior to any event to ensure insertion in conference bags. The specific shipping addresses for each venue will be provided upon confirmation of participation.
Exhibitor Move-In and Set Up
If exhibitor must ship materials to venue of advance of event, such items cannot be delivered earlier than 7 days in advance of any event or storage charges will be applied at the discretion of venue management. Exhibitors should plan to move in and setup by appointment either Friday night (after 8 PM), or early Saturday morning between 7 and 8 am. The specific shipping addresses for each venue and move in date/time will be provided upon confirmation of participation.
