General Instructions
Please read following instructions carefully before filling up the application form:
1. This application is valid only for Maharashtra.
2. This application form consists of 3 forms (form a , b & c). all forms are compulsory & only completely filled applications will be accepted and processed at our end.
3. Make sure to attach a demand draft (non refundable) in favour of “MOBIS India limited” payable at Chennai of Rs 15,000/-(Single Region) or Rs 30,000/-(Two Regions) or Rs 45,000/-(Three Regions) or Rs 60,000/-(All Regions) towards application processing fees and ready to forego the processing fee paid in case if not selected for Distributorship” at declaration (clause 21)
4. Selection process will be held in 2 phases-
a. Completed form submission
b. Interview of selected applicants at MOBIS India office at New Delhi
5. The selection of final candidate is purely at the discretion of MOBIS India limited.
6. MOBIS India limited is not bound to give reason(s) for selection or rejection of any particular applicant.
7. MOBIS India limited will be issuing a letter of intent to the selected applicant.
8. All information provided by the applicants in the application form will be used for assessment of applicants and will be kept strictly confidential by MOBIS India limited.
9. All figures should be in Rs lacs as specified (and not in thousands or crores).
10. Additional information must be provided in as enclosures. All the enclosures must be firmly attached to the application form in hard copy.
11. Incomplete forms will be rejected without any explanation or notice
12. Selected applicant needs to bear all expense undergoing process of selection.
13. Important dates:-
a. Start date of downloading form: 14th July 2014
b. End date of downloading form: 20th July 2014
c. Last date of receiving soft copy by email: 30th July 2014
d. Last date of receiving hard copies along with DD: 30th July 2014
14. The duly signed printout of application form (hardcopy) accompanied by DD in favour of “MOBIS India limited” payable at Chennai & supporting documents as mentioned in Checklist, should be sent in an envelope superscripted “Application for Hyundai Genuine Parts Distributor based at Tamil Nadu- Registration Number: xxxxxxxxxx” by post to “DGM- Marketing & Development, MOBIS India limited, 204-206, 2nd floor, corporate one (BAANI building), Plot No.5, Commercial Centre, JASOLA, new delhi-110076, India”
15. Soft copy of completely filled form should be emailed at with subject as “Application for Hyundai Genuine Parts Distributor based at Tamil Nadu- Registration Number: xxxxxxxxxx”
16. All disputes to be settled under Chennai Court jurisdiction
17. Canvassing in any form will be treated as a disqualification
