By submitting this completed application and signing below the artist agrees with the terms and conditions of the exhibition. The artist also agrees and grants permission to Saratoga Bridges to photograph and publish the artwork, artist’s full name, artist’s biographical information and descriptions of the artwork for promotional purposes in print, broadcast and or electronic media, without restrictions. Only applications with a signed authorization can be considered.

Guidelines for Submitting Artwork for Members' Exhibition

·  Work must be delivered in person on delivery day.

·  Artwork will be displayed on easels – canvases or matted pieces do not need to be framed, but drawings on paper do need to be framed.

·  Artwork cannot exceed 16” x 20” and must weigh less than 30 pounds. Table top sized sculpture is permitted; contact Saratoga Bridges for consideration of oversized pieces on an individual basis.

·  All work for consideration must have been created after the onset of the disability.

·  Eligible media include paintings, drawings, collages, mixed media, photography, printmaking & sculpture. Each artist may submit up to three pieces for inclusion.

Registration | Delivery of Artwork Guidelines

·  Artist must deliver artwork in person. If you are unable to deliver your work, an agent may do so ONLY with written permission to drop-off/ pick-up work and sign the waiver/ release form on the artists' behalf.

·  Bring completed artwork labels. One attached to back of artwork, one to submit to Saratoga Bridges.

·  Submit a brief Artist Statement/Bio.

·  Sign Waiver. Although Saratoga Bridges treats all artwork with the utmost care and professionalism, we cannot be held responsible for theft or damage to artworks. A waiver must be signed at drop off.

·  No artwork for sale at exhibit.

Close of Exhibit Guidelines

·  All work must be picked up on Sunday, April 23rd at 3:00 p.m.

·  Artwork cannot be removed early from the exhibit.

·  There is a $15/day storage fee for late pick-up.
