Travelling around the World
We use the definite article to talk or write about places that are unique – The Empire States Building in New York for example or The Alhambra in Granada . We also use the definite article to write or talk about famous works of art – the painting of The Kiss by Gustav Klimt or The Scream by Edward Munch. What can you find in the following places? Match the numbers on the left with the letters to complete the sentences:
