REPORT DETAILS
REPORT / PURPOSE / RUN DATE / Recommended ActionABAWD 1 or 2 ticket report / Report lists every ABAWD who received a 1st or 2nd ticket for the previous month / 7th of every month / Download and convert the report from COGNOS into the spreadsheet provided by the state, and complete the spreadsheet for the entire report to return to the state office field staff representative by Notice of Action (NOA).
3rd ticket report / The report list every ABAWD who received a 3rd ticket and if the ABAWD "Third Ticket Disqualification" post in batch overnight / On NOA of every month. (Please see EF websites for full list of dates) / All clients with an "N" under the sanction created column should have a Notice of Adverse Action (NOAA) mailed to them to inform them of the disqualification that has been placed on their case. This must be done on the same day that the 3rd ticket report runs (NOA) to adhere to the 10 plus 1 noticing rule for adverse action to cutting off benefits.
Sanction that did not post report / Report details sanctions that did not post from previous day. All clients that appear on this report will need to receive a manual NOAA and/or have EDBC ran on their case to have the sanction post. / Daily / This report runs every single day. On Monday morning you need to look at Saturday's report to find out what did not post the prior Friday.
Employment First Active Client List- EF-ACTIVE / Details every client who is in EF Active Status from the Plan, receiving Food Assistance at the time the report ran and is work registered with EF per CBMS / 1st and 3rd Sunday Each Month / For all participants on this report, make sure the ABAWD is truly active, or if they should be exempt, or need an appointment letter to come to orientation. Not researching these cases could result in ABAWDs accumulating ticket and being disqualified from benefits.
Employment First Active Client List- EF-CLOSED / Details every client who is in EF CLOSED Status on the Plan, is receiving Food Assistance at the time the report ran, and is work registered to EF per CBMS / 1st and 3rd Sunday Each Month / For all Employment First Active Clients make sure the ABAWD is truly closed, or if they should be exempt, or need an appointment letter to come to orientation. Not researching these cases could result in ABAWDs accumulating tickets and being disqualified from benefits.
Employment First Active Client List- EF-102 SENT-EF-102 SIGNED / Details every client who is placed in EF-102 SENT/ EF-102 SIGNED Status on the Plan, is receiving Food Assistance benefits at the time the report ran, and is work registered to EF per CBMS / 1st and 3rd Sunday Each Month / For all participants on this Employment First Active Client report, make sure the ABAWD has not yet attended orientation or should be in a different status such as active, sanction, exempt etc. Not researching the case could result in ABAWDs accumulating tickets and being disqualified from benefits.
Employment First Active Client List- EF-DEFERRED / Details every client who is in EF DEFERRED Status on the Plan, is receiving Food Assistance benefits at the time the report ran and is work registered to EF per CBMS / 1st and 3rd Sunday Each Month / Look for ABAWD participants on this Employment First Active Client report since ABAWDs are not to be in a deferred status and this does not prevent them from accumulating tickets. All ABAWDs on this deferred status list should be changed to the correct status and may require an appointment letter for orientation if determined the case needs updating. Failure to research these cases may result in ABAWDs accumulating tickets and being disqualified from benefits.
Employment First Active Client List- EF-SANCTION / Details every client placed in EF SANCTION Status on the Plan, is receiving Food Assistance benefits at the time the report ran, and is work registered to EF per CBMS / 1st and 3rd Sunday Each Month / Determine if there is an initiated sanction on the ABAWD participant -the case remains on this report until the sanction is active and they are no longer receiving benefits. If the sanction is complied or reversed, change the status and determine if an appointment letter for orientation is needed. Failure to research these cases can result in ABAWDs accumulating tickets and being disqualified from benefits.
Employment First Active Client List- EF-NO PLAN STATUS / Details every client work registered to EF with no Plan entered / 1st and 3rd Sunday Each Month / For all participants on this Employment First Active Client report only target 0 ticket ABAWD clients. Your EF office may have not received the EF-102, entered the EF-102, or the participant was not referred by Food Assistance staff. Determine if the participant is exempt or require an appointment to orientation, and then change the status as appropriate to proceed. Failure to research these cases may result in ABAWDs accumulating tickets and being disqualified from benefits.
Employment First Active Client List- EF-EXEMPT / Details every client who is in the status EF-Exempt on the plan, received Food Assistance benefits at the time the report ran and is work registered to EF per CBMS / 1st and 3rd Sunday Each Month / Determine if any ABAWD is exempt, and if so, correct data on CBMS. If not, determine the next appropriate step for the ABAWD and proceed as appropriate. Failure to research these cases can result coin ABAWDs accumulating tickets and being disqualified from benefits.
NOTE: The state staff sends out a summary of the EF Employment Report that details full time, part time, and temporary jobs. The state staff also sends out a Monthly case load report that details the number of jobs, avg salary, number of sanctions, number activities, and the number of participants in each component for each county in the state.
