2014 Young Authors’ Conference For Students in Grades 3-6

Students in Grades 3-6 are invited to participate in the 2014 Mobile Young Authors’Program and to submit work to the Young Authors’ Anthology. This is not a contest, but a chance for students to showcase their work. Entries must be no more than 1typedpage. Entries can be poems, short stories, fiction or non-fiction, appropriate for students of all ages. All entries must be emailed byFebruary 24, 2014 to . Registration fees must be mailed in by that date, to ensure that students receive their anthology (book of student work). All students may attend the program, but only students who are registered receive an anthology and have their work included in the anthology. All work must be appropriate for students of all ages to read.

Each year we have a special Parent/Teacher session with our guest author at the Young Authors’ Conference. There is no fee for parents or teachers who attend with their children. Educators will receive credit through SARIC.
