Quality Assurance
ü Preparation of Quality System.
ü Preparation of SOP’s STP’s SCP’s and general Working Instructions.
ü Preparation of Qualification program for all Instruments.
ü Design Qualification for new instruments
ü Preparation and implementation of Analyst Validation Program.
ü Ensuring the documentation as per ISO and FDA requirement.
ü Preparation and implementation of System, User and Backup/Archival Guidelines for all instruments using in Quality Control as per 21CFR Part11.
ü Handling of Planned and Unplanned deviation.
ü Preparation of AMC and PM Programs for instruments.
Quality Control:
ü Monthly backup and Archival of Computer System associated with Quality Control Equipment’s.
ü New Instruments Qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ)
ü Knowledge of SAP, BAAN DMS and DCS Software in Quality Module.
ü AMC and Preventive Maintenance Record Maintenance.
