The Mid Atlantic Disc Dog Club “MAD Dogs” is a regional club that is supportive to all K9 Disc Enthusiasts and Spectators alike. Our focus is competitive fun welcoming all new members, both human and canine, at all competition levels. MAD Dogs encourages all canine lovers and their furry friends through hosting events that are fun, well run, competitive, varied and promoting good sportsmanship. MAD Dogs always has the best interest of our canine companions at heart while catering to the love and fun of the sport. We respect everyone’s personal goals in the sport, whether is just for fun or for serious competition. Release and Waiver of Liability

This release must be signed by anyone intending on participating in a Mid Atlantic Disc Dog Event.

In consideration of my entry into any Mid Atlantic Disc Dog events, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have against the community where this event is held, the Mid Atlantic Disc Dogs, their representatives, successors, employees, assignees and/or sponsors for any and all injuries or illnesses suffered by me or my dog(s) as a result of my participation in the said event. I attest and verify that my dog is physically fit for this competition, and hereby assume the risk of any canine disease which may be contracted in the said event. By my signature I also grant full permission to the Mid Atlantic Disc Dogs club and its assignees to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or any record of any event held by Mid Atlantic Disc Dogs for any purpose whatsoever. I, the undersigned, agree to abide by the club’s bylaws.
