TAC TIP – Athletic Director Tips

Athletic Directors and Coaches have the capability to view student grades by an individual student or a group of students. Athletic Directors and Administrative Staff will use eSchoolPlus to view grades, while teachers and coaches will use TAC gradebook.

To view an individual student’s grade in eSchool:

  • Login to eSchoolPlus
  • Navigate to Student Center | Search
  • Search for Student
  • Click on Student’s Name
  • Open Student Center | Mark Reporting
  • Click On Published Classwork

To view an individual student’s grade in TAC gradebook:

  • Login to TAC gradebook
  • Go to Tools | TAC Reporting
  • Click on Course Avg by Student to see course average
  • Search for student by last name
  • Select Student and Marking Period
  • View Report
  • Click on icon to view in PDF
  • Open report
  • Save or print file

To view a group of students (or Activity) grades, the students must first be entered into an Activity.

To enter students into an Activity:

  • Login to eSchoolPlus
  • Open Registration Folder
  • Click on Activities
  • Click on Activity Code
  • Enter Advisor
  • Enter Student ID or name under Participant
  • Save

After students have been entered into appropriate Activity, these students can be monitored by Athletic Directors, Coaches and Teachers by ReportNet or TAC Gradebook.

To view students in an Activity in ReportNet:

  • Login in eSchoolPlus
  • Open ReportNet
  • Open Gradebook folder
  • Click on Course Grade Average by Letter – Group
  • Enter prompts to select Marking Period, Activity, Letter Grade

  • View Report
  • To view in PDF, click on disc icon and select PDF
  • Open report
  • Save or print PDF file

To view students in an Activity from TAC Gradebook:

  • Login in TAC
  • Go to Tools | TAC Reporting
  • Click on Course Avg by Group
  • Enter prompts to select Marking Period, Activity, Letter Grade
  • View Report
  • To view in PDF, click on disc icon and select PDF
  • Open report
  • Save or print PDF file
