Gülten Fedayi

Gülten has 33 years’ experience of working in local government, her most recent post was Third Sector Adviser for the Royal Borough of Greenwich, in which she had strategic and operational responsibility for the Council’s Voluntary Sector Grants Budget. She has extensive experience in voluntary sector development, including the commissioning and procurement of services, grants administration and strategic project management and partnership working with the Third Sector. Other areas of specialism include: equalities, social inclusion, policy, community development and engagement and change management, business planning.

One of her strongest attributes is concerned with her ability and skills in building relationships and partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders, from grassroots community groups to national/regional and local strategic third sector organisations, and public sector agencies.

Jon Fricker

After graduating with a degree in International Marketing and German, I worked as a squash centre manager and coach in Hanover for 18 months before returning to the UK to become a brand manager for a paper company, Fay International, followed by Avon Cosmetics.

In 1979 I was invited to join Young & Rubicam Group where I undertook a number of account management and general management roles including Managing Director of CYB Design; Chairman and CEO of Cato Johnson Ltd. and CYB Design; General Manager Europe Landor Associates; Director of Client Partnering Y&R Europe; Director Wunderman Cato Johnson.

In 1994 I moved to another London based integrated marketing agencies before joining Haygarth Group in 2000.

My primary role at Haygarth was Planning Director, managing a team of brand, data, communications and commercial planners across all the Group’s clients including FMCG, retail, telecommunications, environment and charity sectors.

In 2005 I was part of the management buy-out team at Haygarth. I retired in May 2014 coinciding with the sale of Haygarth Group to US based advertising and marketing group OmniCom.

Deborah Wallis

30+ years of experience working in banking, specifically as a Treasury dealer but now employed by a U.K. Challenger bank as a project manager on the installation of its new Treasury system.Deborah has carried out other volunteering roles including treasurer of a local sports club and as a Team London ambassador at the 2012 London Olympics. A proud Greenwich resident who wants to contribute something to the community.
