LIVESTOCK SHOW AND SALE
February 19th-21st, 2015
Dear Prospective Buyer,
The Katy ISD Livestock Show Sales Committee would like to extend an invitation for you to participate in the 72nd Annual Livestock Auction and Barn Sale. We have approximately 470 students exhibiting steers, pigs, lambs, goats, broilers, and rabbits this year from seven high schools across the district. The FFA students have spent countless hours feeding and working with these animals as well as meeting the KISD show requirements in preparation for the livestock shows held during the day on Thursday and Friday, February 19th and 20th at the L.D. Robinson Pavilion,located at 6301 S. Stadium Lane,Katy, TX 77494.
The auction will also take place at the pavilion on Saturday, February 21, 2015and will begin promptly at 1:00 PM. Prior to the auction, we invite you to attend our annual buyers’ luncheonheld at the KISD Educational Support Center in room 1200, next to the Merrell Center, beginning at 11:00 AM. The Barn Sale will begin on Saturday, February 21st, 2015 at 7:00 AM; please view the enclosed livestock show scheduleof events.
Please pre-register as a buyer before the day of the event to expedite the process of registration at the buyers’ luncheon on Saturday, February 21st.
