PERSONAL NEEDS PROFILE (PNP) (Version 1)
In order to individualize the testing experience, and enhance access to the PARCC assessment for all students a Personal Needs Profile (PNP) of each student’s testing needs will be embedded within the technology platform before PARCC assessment are administered. The PNP must be based on observations and stated preferences by the student or parent/guardian and have been found to increase access during instruction and assessment. Please note that all accommodations must be already documented in the students’ Individual Education Program (IEP), section 504 Plan, or and English Language Learner (ELL) plan. This form must be completed in advance of testing. A copy must be kept in the student’s special education or ELL file, attached to a 504 plan, and a copy sent to the building administrator for PARCC registration upload.
