Member of conversion support team responsible for conversing new clients the PC BancPAC Loans System.

·  Conversion of Consumer and Commercial Loans Systems to PC BancPAC System. Projects completed by targeted schedule date.

·  Development and analysis PC based conversion support tools.

Application Systems Programmer/Analyst 1996 - 1999

First American National Bank, Nashville, TN

Primary on-call support for AMS Loan Origination System (ACAPS) and primary support for CA Time Investments. Developed and customized vendor software for in-house applications.

·  Developed an action plan for reengineering the Loan Document Printing subsystem (Docugen) of the Loan Origination system (ACAPS) to decrease computer usage cost by 40%.

·  In a production support team role, helped ensure that the Market Driven Quality (MDQ) target goal of 99% for production service levels and client support were met.
