- Purpose
- Learn new methods to respond to operational, strategic, and governance issues
- Mutual sharing of challenges, solutions, best practices, and ideas
- Discuss and learn about integrating Anabaptist values into organizational culture
- Experience a safe setting with trust and vulnerability
- Opportunities, through books, experts, and peers to explore new skills and practices and learn about trends impacting organizations and leaders
- Reflection, meditation, and learning, particularly on “soul and role” issues

- Participation for at least a year long period that can be renewed
- Attend all three face to face gatherings for the two days
- Affirm the code of ethics and ground rules
- Be slow to give advice and quick to listen rather than defend
- Ask questions over giving answers
- Fully participate in the gatherings
- What is said or happens in the circle stays in the circle
- No phone calls, texts, or emails during sessions (except for breaks)
- Registration and Logistics
a.The annual fee paid in one, two or three payments is $2300 and includes:
- Breakfast, lunch and snacks for each face to face session
- Facilitator
- Sage Resource Persons
- Lodging for one night for each Gathering
- Logistical coordination for the Circle
b.Dress is business casual (jeans welcome!)
c.Member is responsible for:
- Evening meal expenses
- Flight/car travel expenses
- Required readings
d.Cancellation Policy - Due to the limited number of participants in the Executive Circle, cancellations are discouraged. Following is our cancellation/refund policy:
- Written cancellation received more than 60 days prior to the first session - full refund may be given or full amount paid applied to the next year's program.
- Cancellation received less than 60 days prior to the first session - registrant will forfeit 50% of the fee for a cancellation.
- Cancellation after the first session - no refund will be provided
