The Clay County Gator Club® Scholarship Program is limited to:
A student who is a sponsor or whose relative is a sponsor in good standing of Clay County Gator Club®, and who will graduate from high school at the end of the current school year or has previously graduated.
The student must be accepted with a University of Florida student ID Number and enrolled at the University of Florida by the first day of the Fall term.
The student/relative must be a sponsor in good standing of the Clay County Gator Club® by 1 April of the year of application.
*A renewal application requires: Biographical Information, Personal Statement, Application Verification and OfficialTranscript with at least 24 credit hours from the current school yearincluding Spring Term grades.
The completed application must include an official copy of your high school and/or college transcript(mailed directly by the school or UF to the address below), a picturefor Clay County Gator Club® publication and mailed to:

The application and transcript cannot be postmarked later than12May, and your University of Florida student ID number must be included on the application. Applications received after this date will not be considered. Selected students will be notified by phone or email in early June. Scholarships are awarded in the amount of $1,000. Should additional pages be necessary please attach the necessary pages.
