By signing below I agree to abide by the following rules and responsibilities of a

KittyKaretakers foster parent.

I will notify KittyKaretakers immediately if a foster animal is lost or stolen.

I will contact KittyKaretakers immediately at any signs of distress, injury or illness in my

fostered animal.

I will not take the cat to a veterinarian for medical treatment without first contacting KittyKaretakers

and getting approval to take the cat to one of KittyKaretakers veterinarians.

KittyKaretakers is responsible for the medical care of a fostered animal. KittyKaretakers is not responsible for medical bills incurred if I take the cat to a veterinarian of my choice.

I understand that I am providing temporary shelter and my foster animal must be adopted out only with KittyKaretakers knowledge and through KittyKaretakers adoption procedures.

AKittyKaretakers representative may visit my home during the time I am fostering an animal.

I understand that KittyKaretakers has the right to remove any fostered animal from a home.We will always take the animal back at any time for any reason if the foster situation does not work out.
I understand that KittyKaretakers will not be liable for any injury or damage to persons or property caused by a foster animal in my care and I agree to indemnify and hold KittyKaretakers harmless from any such injury or damage.
I understand that the history of most rescued animals is unknown and KittyKaretakers will not be held responsible for any inadvertent exposure of foster parents or their own animals to unknown diseases or other medical conditions. I knowingly accept this risk on behalf of myself and my own animals.
This is a Foster Agreement only. To adopt a cat or kitten that I am fostering, I must sign a KittyKaretakers Adoption Agreement.
All the information I have provided above is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I authorize KittyKaretakers to contact the references listed above.

Willful misrepresentation of information, failure to abide by the commitment under this agreement or any mistreatment of a sterd animal shall constitute a violation of this contract and the animal shall be returned to KittyKaretakers upon demand.
