Memo of directions

[#Client 1 and client 2]

1Background

1.1We have signed what we believe to be our last wills.

1.2This memo of directions is intended to provide our trustees with some guidance in the administration of our estate but is in no way intended to change the provisions of our wills.

1.3Obviously, our trustees should take into account that the comments set out in this memo of directions may not be relevant either at the date of our deaths or at any other time in the future. Our trustees should therefore exercise any discretions they have under our wills in the way they believe most appropriate in the circumstances.

1.4While this memo of directions is addressed to the trustees of our wills, to the extent there are other entities that form part of our overall estate plan (for example, superannuation fund, family trust or company), we hope that those who have the responsibility in relation to those entities take into account all relevant comments in this document as well, as communicated to them by my trustees.

1.5This memo of directions is intended to be confidential, and should not be given to anyone other than our trustees and any professional advisers they engage from time to time.

2Comments in relation to specific beneficiaries

This section can be used to provide any feedback to potential beneficiaries under an estate plan, including:

(a)children and grandchildren;

(b)spouses;
