Dear Crafters and Vendors:

Your application for the 32nd annual Littleton-Lake Gaston Festival is attached. The dates this year are Friday, September 2nd and Saturday September 3rd, 2016. The Festival will again be held in the center of Littleton with the set up the same as in past years.

Friday evening we will hold a Town Block Dance with live beach music by Steve Owen and his band. Carnival Rides and the Food Vendor area will be open for business. If you can, come Friday evening for family fun before Saturday's work.

Saturday morning, September 3rd, the Festival opens at 10AM and runs until 4PM . We will again have a Classic Car Show, Carnival Rides, day long live entertainment, lots to eat and of course you folks. Last year we had great weather, a BIG crowd and plenty of fun (and sales) for all.

Offical business: The price for each vendor space is $60.00. The spaces are 10' x 20' on pavement. Any tents, tables or chairs you may need are your responsibility. No stakes may be driven into the pavement. Much of the vendor area is in full sun and we recommend you bring your own shade. No smoke bombs or fireworks type products, or silly string may be sold.

The vendor area is available for setup at first light on Saturday. Customers begin arriving around 9. If you arrive after 8, you may have to carry your merchandise and equipment a great distance. Vendor parkingareas will be indicated on the map you will receive in late August.

NOTE 1:Each year more vendors apply than we have space andwe recommend you get your applications in early.
