Simon Reillyis an international values and behavioral analyst, business coach, speaker, and author with 30 years of experience in the personal development industry combining extensive research and study in the areas of values & behaviours analysis, inspiration & motivation, leadership, change management, vision & business planning, team building and sales & marketing. Simon has 25,000 + hours of one-on-one telephone business coaching experience.

Simon presents his one-on-one coaching, speaking and workshops to help financial advisors and their teams reach and exceed their goals in any economic climate. Simon goes beyond the mechanics of success when working with a client, and pulls back the curtain and allows his clients to really understand what holds them back from realizing their goals. His insights help his clients identify and release their “Unmet Needs” driven self-limiting, self-sabotaging beliefs and emotions so that they can realize their True Values, Positive Beliefs and Positive Feelings so that they may reach the levels of success they dream of. Simon has written two books - “The Inspirational Tipping Point” and “Curing the Unmet Needs Disease”.

Over the past 10 years Simon has spoken to thousands of advisors across Canada and the USA at hundreds of financial advisor conferences and webinars. He is a 2 x MDRT, 2x NAIFA (National & State) and 2x TEDx speaker. Simon is a member of both Advocis and NAIFA.

NAIFA 20/20 Strategic Plan

Paul Dougherty, LUTCF, FSS, HIA is the 2016-17 NAIFA National President and has been in the insurance and financial services field for twenty-six years representing State Farm Insurance, the last twenty as an Agent in Hyattsville, Maryland. He is a passionate advocate for the insurance industry in general, and the role of the agent specifically.

Throughout his career, Paul has actively engaged in training producers, educating clients, as well as advising regulators and legislators about the value of the products and services designed to help consumers recover from the unexpected. Paul speaks to audiences and organizations around the country about the key role producers play in the industry and the need to assist clients in preparing for their financial future. His insights in the delivery of professional advice to a diverse marketplace has resulted in multiple requests to brief members of Congress and their staffs on key issues and has led to frequent testimony before Maryland House and Senate committees. He is also the current Chairman of the Retirement Planning Coalition of Maryland.

Paul balances the demands of his agency with his commitment to his community. He has served on four different school boards in Prince Georges County, including as President of two, as well as serving on other charitable boards. He is also a very experienced athletic coach and has coached over two dozen sports teams over the last 14 years.

Paul is a native of Potomac, Maryland and a graduate of The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Paul and his wife Elizabeth live in Croom, Maryland with their two children, Madeline, 19 and Jacob, 17 in the historic West End Farm.
