The Committee requested that the Clerk should reply to the email indicating that the Parish Council has received no enquiries from local businesses regarding commercial properties in Keyworth.

13/2308 CONSERVATION AREA

Cllr Barton reported that the public event held on 2 February 2013 had been very successful, with a considerable amount of information having been received which is currently being collated.

A second event was being mooted possibly to be held in the village hall to enable more displays to be set up.

The next meeting will take place on 27 March 2013.

13/2309 NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN

Cllr Abbey informed the committee that she had attended a networking meeting at the Dept. of Communities and Local Government on 14 January 2013 and that this had proved a very worthwhile, experience sharing meeting. She also added that she and Gemma Dennis were due to meet a representative of the DCLG on Friday 15 February 2013 for further discussions.

Cllr Abbey also reported Matt Hilton had given a very comprehensive and detailed presentation on the results of the public consultation.

Cllr S. Boote raised the subject of agents acting on behalf of developers in respect of development proposals. Cllr Abbey agreed that she would discuss the implications of this with the Planning Policy Team.

The next meeting with take place on 27 February 2013.
