Melt Fundraising Day Information

Thank youfor your interest in partnering with Melt Bar and Grilled in your fundraising efforts. We appreciate the opportunity to help you generate funds for this worthy cause.

Melt Bar and Grilled offers Melt Fundraising Days in all 7 of our locations. This allows us to be involved with organizations we do not normally work with.

The program we have in place is very simple, and has shown to be very successful for those organizations that have so far participated. Once we have approved the organization and their fundraising request, there are just a few things for the group to know.

To participate, we ask that your organization follow these steps.

-Pick a day/date (Monday–Thursday) that works best for you

-Pick the Melt location you feel the most supporters would visit

-Submit your logo, and we will design and send you a flyer to use for the event

On the day of your choice, your supporters would dine in the participating Melt location. They will need to present a copy of the flyer to their server. Melt will then donate 20% of the bill associated with that check to your organization.

Your organization has the ability to raise a very sizable amount of money depending on the number of your supporters you can motivate to dine with us on your chosen day. Please fill out the corresponding page for your fundraising participation. We do receive many requests for fundraising days, so please allow as much advanced notice as possible to get your flyer approved, and secure your date.

The Fine Print

1.Purchase of in-house merchandise, dine-in food, carry out food, and alcohol ALL apply towards the fundraiser.

2.Fundraisers last all day, from opening until closing of that location.

3.EACH person must have a flier with them, for their meal to apply towards the fundraiser. Even if several guests come together and pay on one check, each person will need a flier for their contributions to count towards the fundraiser.

4.Fliers for fundraising events must be designed by Melt and printed by the group holding the fundraiser.

5.Flier distribution inside of the restaurant or in the parking lot is prohibited. The host is able to bring a few extra fliers though, in case attendees forgot theirs or an attending table does not have enough for each guest on the check.

6.The 20% will apply to the check subtotal, before tax and gratuity. Groups of 12 or more will have a 20% autogratuity applied. The Independence, Cleveland Heights, Mentor, and Short North locations take reservations for 12 or more.

7.All checks will to be made out to the organization being sponsored.
