On behalf of the Turkish Taekwondo Federation I am proud to invite you and your athletes to particpate in the 1st European Kids Taekwondo Championships which will be held in Antalya, Turkey, 07-08 February, 2014.
We quarantee high quality organization and competition –with the best international referees in order to quarantee maximum transparecy, fair play& impartiality for the athletes.
One behalf of the Organizing Committee, we woul like to ensure that we will make every possible effort in Organizing a succesful Tournament of the highest technical level.

3. METHOD OF COMPETITION
Competition will be WTF Rules. Single elimination tournament
Qualifications: Holder of Nationality of the participating country.
Athletes from athletic Clubs members of ETU National Federations
4. CONTEST TIME
· 2 round 1,5 minutes 30 second rest
· Yarişmalar 2 round 1,5 dakika dan, 30 saniye ara

Belt : Blu-Red ,/ Red , / Red-black can compete with MNA licence proof .( we can not ask Kukkiwon )
Sporcular mavi-kırmızı, kırmızı, kırmızı siyah ve federasyon onaylı olmalı Kukkiwon aranmayacaktır.
Protective Equipment & Uniform
The participants shall wear the WTF recognised Taekwondo Uniform.
Doboklar WTF onaylı olmalıdır.
Daedoo PSS will be use at this Tournament and will be provided by the OC.
Daedoo elektronik vücut koruyucuyu organizasyon komitesi sağlayacaktır.
All athletes must bring their own Daedoo sensor socks.
Tüm sporcular daedoo elektronik çoraplarını getirmek zorundadır.
Groin/Forearm/shin guards and Gloves are compulsory and must be brought by the contestants.
Sporcular tüm şahsi malzemelerini kendileri getirmek zorundadır.
Head protector with face protector. no mouth piece.
Yüz koruyuculu kask kullanılacaktır. Dişlik kullanılmayacaktır.
Head Gear only blue and red colour is permitted

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: AT LATEST 1ST FEBRUARY, 2015 Entries after deadline will not be accepted Entries will stop when we reach 1500 players.
Kayıtlar 1 şubatta kapanacaktır.
IMPORTANT: If the athelete registered on-line does not take part in the competition for some reason, but he/she has not been removed from the list of participants before the deadline (FEBRUARY 1ST , 2015) his/her team officially must fully(%100) pay his/her entry fee for participation.
6. Referees: Only International Referees will be accepted. An official invitation for the referees will sent to International Referees.

Referee meeting at 19:00, Monday 6th February at Maritim Resort Hotel, the Official hotel for the Referees.

Time Table (Times are subject to change). Müsabaka programı ektedir ve gerektiğinde değişiklik yapılabilir.
7. Entry Fee: € 50.00(Euro) for each Contestant
Katılım ücreti sporcu başına 50 Euro dur.
All Entry fee should be paid by cash during the registration.
Tüm katılımcılar katılım ücretini kayıt anında peşin ödeyeceklerdir.(sadece Euro kabul edilecektir.)
· Payment must be done per team or club
· Ödeme takım veya kulüp adına yapılabilir.
· Hotel reservations that are cancelled after January 23th, will be fined %50 of the total hotel reservation cost.
· Hotel reservations that are cancelled after January 30th, will be fined %100 of the total hotel reservation cost.
· Only WTF approved equipment will be allowed to use in this tournament (even dobok etc.)
· groin/forearm/shi guards and gloves are compulsory and must be brought by the contestants.
· All the players must bring their own full equipment except body protector.
· Only competitors and coaches have admittance to the field of play.
· Müsabaka sırasında Sadece antrenör ve sporcular kortta olmalıdır
· Coaching is only allowed in sportswear.
· All coaches must be 18 years or older.
· Tüm antrenörler 18 yaş veya üzerinde olmalıdır.
· All coaches must have ETU Coach Licence.(Who ever has no ETU coach licence they have to pay 200,00 € for registration.)
· Tüm antrenörler Etu antrenör Lisansına sahip olmalıdır.( Kimin Etu antrenör lisansı yoksa 200 euro kayıt anında ödemek zorundadır.
First Aid will be provided by the organization and is only to be used in case of an Emergency
Organizasyon Komitesi yarışma anında sadece acil ilk yardım sağlar.
Liability: All competitors take part at their own risk with their parents authorization letter.
Yükümlülük: Tüm sporcular her türlü riske karşı ailesinden izin yazısı alarak müsabakaya katılmak zorundadırlar. Bunu da kayıt anında tüm sporcuların getirmeleri zorunludur.
The organizer and the ETU assume no responsibility for any damages, injuries or loss,
Organizasyon Komitesi ve ETU hiçbir şekilde olabilecek kaza, sakatlık, kaybolma vb. durumlardan kesinlikle sorumluluk kabul etmez.
8. Insurance:

· The organisation and supervisor assume no responsibility for teams, any damages, violence, loses and injures during the stay in Turkey.
· Organizasyon hiç bir şekilde takımların ve sporcuların Türkiye de kaldığı sürede kaza, sakatlık, kayıplar vb. Durumlardan sorumlu değildir.
· All contestants must bring their own documents and forms for any medical treatment in Turkey. If not, this will have to be paid cash.
· Tüm sporcular kendi dökümanlaırını ve sağlık raporlarını getirmek zorundadırlar aksi takdirde peşin ödemek zorunda kalabilirler.
9. CLASSIFICATION OF RESULTS
i. Individual Awards
Medals will be awarded to the top four athletes in the respective classifications and weight divisions of the pertinent championships:

10. HEAD OF TEAM MEETING & DRAWING OF LOTS SESSION
i. The head of team meeting and the drawing of lots session shall be conducted on Friday 06/02/2015 , in the presence of OC the representatives of the participating Clubs- Teams.
ii. Teknik toplantı ve kura çekimi 06 . şubat 2015 tarihinde yapılacaktır.
11. WEIGH-IN
i. Weigh-in of the contestants shall be completed one day before their scheduled competition day.
ii. Sporcuların tartıları müsabakasından 1 gün önce yapılacaktır.
12. During the weigh-in, male contestants shall wear underpants and female contestants shall wear underpants and brassieres.
13. INDEMNITIES
i. The respective club shall be responsible for ensuring that their participants have validly completed and signed the official participation forms, thus indemnifying the organizers, its officials and other contestants from any claims of injuries, losses, fatalities or otherwise arising in the course of participation in this tournament or any activities there to.
ii. Tüm katılımcılar reglamandaki formları doldurup kayıt anında teslim tmekle sorumludur.
iii. The respective club/MNA shall be responsible for ensuring that all officials and participants are covered with effective insurance coverage.
iv. Participants without proper participation entry forms and effective insurance coverage will not be allowed to compete at the championships.
v. The Organizing Committee will acquire general insurance, at its own expenses, for all participants of the tournament, including but not limited to contestants and staffs, in the event of any injury and/or damages that may arise during the course of the championships.
vi. In case of visa necesity all individuals can get the visa online following address www.evisa.gov.tr or you can get landing visa at the airport.

excluded.
Neither the organizer nor the promoter of the event can be held responsible for any
damages or injuries and therefore I declare that there exists a valid insurance that will

connection with possible injuries or damages by myself.
