SCHOOL DISCO

Dear Parents and Carers
The children from Year 6 are hoping to go away later in the year to the Lake District for a residential school trip. Members of the FROGS have very kindly offered to help the children to organise a school disco to raise some money towards the cost of the trip.
We are therefore holding a School Disco! Details below:
Tickets £1.50 perchild. A FREE drink is included in the price of the ticket.
Light refreshments will be on sale
Tickets will be available from WEDNESDAY4TH FEBRUARYat the main entrance (subject to weather!!) at the beginning of the school day
TICKETS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FROM THE SCHOOL OFFICE
Infant Disco Junior Disco
Nursery, Reception, Year 3, Year 4
Year 1, Year 2 Year 5,Year 6
4:30pm to 5:30pm 5:45pm to 7:00pm
The children will be able to buy additional drinks and snacks during the disco.
Pizzas, samosas and hot dogs are 50p,crisps30p and drinks and cakes 20p.
Please let a member of the FROGS team know if you are making alternative arrangements for your child to be collected at the end of either the Infant or the Junior disco.
Parents and carers of Nursery children are asked to stay with their child for the duration of the disco.
Help is always needed and appreciated! If you are able to help out at either disco, please complete the slip at the bottom of this letter and return to Mrs. Eyre at school. A member of the FROGS team will then contact you.
