13. Course objectives:
General:
The main objective of the course is to providing students with competencies allowing them to develop business activity in intercultural environment.
Knowledge:
Providing students with knowledge about the ways of building relations with partners operating in intercultural environment and about the ways of managing the problems resulting from intercultural contacts.
Skills
Providing students with skills of using in practice different techniques of communication with partners coming from different cultures.
Competences
Providing students with competences of work in teams, also consisting of representatives of different cultures.
