This letter outlines the terms and conditions of your employment as a Greeter/Gift Wrapperwith Pandora Ventures, LLC. Pandora Ventures will be referred to as “Pandora,” “Company” or “Employer” throughout this letter:

While working for Pandora, you are required to use the best of your skill, ability, experience and talents to perform the duties required of this position. In carrying out these duties and responsibilities, you agree to l comply with all of Pandora’s policies and procedures which are included in its Employee Handbook or which is otherwise communicated to you. You agree that your duties and responsibilities a may be changed, modified, or increased at the discretion of the Employer. Your work schedule will vary according to the needs of the Employer. Pandora does not promise that you will be assigned to work any particular week or that you will be assigned a minimum number of hours in any given week. You will be required to be available for store events and holidays as assigned by store management.
This is not a contract of employment for any particular length of time. Your employment will be on an “at will” basis, meaning that either you or the company may terminate your employment at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Your employment will automatically be terminated after 14 days. Once your employment is terminated, and your performance was satisfactory prior to your termination, you may be eligible to reapply for employment, although Pandora has no obligation to hire you.
Your employment is contingent upon successful completion of Pandora’s pre-employment screening process and, on your first day of employment, satisfactory completion of Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification) which includes the requirement that you provide us with documentation establishing your legal right to work in the United States. In the event you do not meet the contingencies outlined in this paragraph as Pandora may determine in its discretion, Pandora’s offer of employment will be withdrawn and you will not be hired by Pandora.
This position is not be eligible for an annual increase. This is a temporary, non-benefit eligible position. Your employee discount is 75% off retail price, is only to be used in your assigned store and store management must assist with the purchase. In addition, your purchase of Pandora products using the employee discount is subject Pandora’s employee discount rules and regulations, and a spending limit of $150on the last day scheduled during your employee assignment. At no time can you make an employee purchase prior to your last scheduled shift.
