This instance has been created for demonstrations and has limited functionality. The instance is refreshed once each 24 hours at 2am. Each username and password only has one record that can be supplemented.

Below are listed the system requirements and your agency demo training instance:

The following System Requirements/Software must be installed on the computer to utilize the training instance:

*WiFi/Internet Connection

*Adobe Flash Player Version 10.2 or greater

*Adobe Reader Version 9.x or greater

*Internet Explorer 7 or greater

*Screen Resolution 1024 x 768

*Windows XP or Higher Operating System SP3

*Easy Street Draw Vs. 5 (Installed from the CRASH Landing Page once logged into CRASH)

· Enter the above URL

· You will be directed to what is known as the "Discovery Screen" then asked to select your agency.

· Click "Select" where it has "C.R.A.S.H. Reports Training"

The next screen will be the Texas Department of Transportation login screen.

The user name and password are case sensitive and should be entered as:

Username: train1 – train75

Password: Cris1234, the "C" must be uppercase

**Note: Each additional user should sign-in under a different username with the same password (i.e. train2 would be next with password: Cris1234)**

Supervisor - usernames start at train76 through train100

username: train76 – train100

password: Cris1234, the "C" must be uppercase

You should receive a message asking to download Active X. This may require a person who has administrative rights to perform this task.

To check the Active X Install:

·  Go to the left column, click on "Create a New Crash Report".

·  Enter "Test" since we are just verifying the installation of Active X and click on "Create".

This will open up a new report:

·  Go to the left panel and click on "Narrative & Diagram"

·  Click on "Create A New Diagram"

To Ensure the crash report is viewable:

·  Click the "Summary" tab on the left panel

·  Click "Save and Preview", crash report should display.
