III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

III.2.1) Eligibility Requirements:
Request 1: Economic operator must meet the requirements specified in Section 65 of the Public Procurement Law (Law No. 05/L-068).
Documentary evidence required
Evidence 1: A written declaration under Oath signed by the tenderer (in original
Proof regarding eligibility requirements shall be requested to be submitted by the tenderer whom the contracting authority intends to award the contract. These documents must be submitted by the tenderer prior to the contract award. Failure to submit such documents, its tender will be rejected.
Documentary evidence which shall be required to be submitted as proof of eligibility requirement is the following:
1.  A proof issued by a competent judicial or administrative authority of the Tenderer’s country of establishment. ( in original or notarised)
2.  A proof issued by Tax administration of place of establishment of economic operator, that the mentioned economic operator is not delinquent in the payment of taxes at least until the last quarter of the year prior to the publication date of Contract Notice( in original or notarised)
*All group members must provide the required documentary evidence
