Experience summary:

-Have been working at the Ministry of higher Education since 1994 as follows:

-2years (1994-1996) as a scholarships official following up and directing students studying abroad. I was responsible for Omani students in North America; I got good communication skills from this with all sorts and kinds of people.

-2 years (1996 – 1998) as a statistical analyst in that periodI established the Statistical section in the ministry from scratch.

-2 years (1998-2000) as an auditor and to follow up and order to rectify the ministry's various departments iftheyfail to comply.

-2 years (2002-2004) as a general secretary for the expert’s team assigned at the HE the undersecretary’s office.

-2004 Nominated by HE the minister for six months lead a team to establish the department of human recourses, and plane the whole ministry's employees training plan. &co-ordinate with other departments to perform the required training, as well as interviewing nominated persons for employment.

-One year (2004-2005) as public relations specialist assigned by her Excellency the minister to her office, in this job a lot of translation from both languages (ArabicEnglish) was done.

-4 years (2005- 2009)I was nominated by her Excellency the minister of Higher Educationto hold the positionof head of Administration & Finance at HEAC, to manage the project aspects of finance & admin.

-1 year (2009-2010) executive Manager at Hayut International LLC, where Hayut internationalis an authorized dealer for arms, ammunitions, and army stuff.

-3years (2011-2013) as Senior Marketing officer at Modern College of business & science.Then as an industrial Liaison and job placement officer at Modern College of business & science.

1)In 1994 contributed in establishing the stastical analysis section which was upgraded to the Information department.

2)In 1996-1997 contributed in establishing the Scholarships AutomatedTraining Information Management System (SATMIS).

3)In 2002 developed a qualifying and training plane for all employees of the ministry of Higher Education in liaison with the ministry of Civil Cervices.

4) In 2005 contributed in establishing the Higher Education Admission System.
