As the primary contact for your organization’s membership in NAEO, you are able to log into your organization profile for updating the profile fields and making any payments. Here are a few FAQs to help you manage your profile on the new website:

How can I update my organization profile?

To update your organization profile, log in with YOUR (primary contact) username and password. Once you have entered your membership portal, select the “View Organization” link to change to the organization profile. Then select to edit the profile and make your necessary changes. You can always change back to your individual profile for making updates by selecting the “View Primary Contact” link.

How can I renew my organizational dues online?

Dues are only held with the organizational profile. You will not be able to access or view the dues renewal link or any associated invoices/payments unless you are in the organization profile. Log in with YOUR (the primary contact) username and password. Once you have entered your membership portal, select the “View Organization” link to change to the organization profile. If you are within 90 days of your expiration date a renew link will appear next to your membership dates in the top left as well as in the middle of your portal under NAEO Alerts. Simply select the link, update your organizational details and choose to pay online with our secure credit card processor or select to pay by invoice.

How can I retrieve an invoice or a receipt for my organization?

Dues are only held with the organizational profile. You will not be able to access or view the dues renewal link or any associated invoices/payments unless you are in the organization profile. Log in with YOUR (primary contact) username and password. Once you have entered your membership portal, select the “View Organization” link to change to the organization profile. Select the invoice or receipt option in the bottom section of the portal and then select to download or print.

**Note: if you wish to print a receipt for your individual conference registration that will be on your individual (primary contact) portal or the individual portal for the members who attend.

*** Note: invoices for dues are NOT created by the office. When you first log in to renew your dues you will need to select to renew first and then create an invoice to download if you wish to pay by paper and not online.

How do I add a contact to my organization?

As a primary contact you can manage all contacts through the special Primary Contact Page on the NAEO website. You will need to first log in using your personal login and password and then enter the primary page password (primary2010). You can search for a full listing of all contacts by entering your organization into the individual contact search. To add, simply select the link on the same page and walk through the form to add a new contact. You will select their username and password so be sure to send that initial log in to the contact so they can update their profile and log in directly.

How do I add a branch to my organization?

As a primary contact you can manage all contacts through the special Primary Contact Page on the NAEO website. (Password is primary2010) You can search for a full listing of any branches by entering your organization into the branches search. To add, simply select the link on the same page and walk through the form to add a new branch. You will select their username and password so be sure to send that initial log in to the primary contact so they can update their profile and log in directly.

How do I remove an individual contract or branch from my organization?

If you have an individual or branch that needs to be removed from your organization listing, you can enter in the individual or branch removal form and request that entity be removed.
