If your descriptions for each section of the form currently do not match highly with your business idea, please consider a new course being offered at Conrad called BET 320 (offered year round in each term).

BET 320 – Introduction to Commercialization Management

The objective of this course is to provide an understanding of the commercialization process, based on business theory and practice, with a specific focus on assessment of opportunities and development of a business case.

Course content includes business planning, intellectual property strategy, and development of the skills necessary to be successful leading change and launching new ideas.

Learning Outcomes include:

§  evaluate innovative ideas to determine potential for creating opportunities.

§  analyze business situations and apply knowledge and logic to provide viable, innovative solutions.

§  apply creativity to identifying core business problems and developing effective solutions.
