i. Preparing Clinicians to Be Effective Interprofessional Clinical Instructors: A Faculty Development Workshop
ii. Strengthening the Academic-Practice Partnership to Support Interprofessional Clinical Education
iii. Building and Sustaining a Culture of Clinical Education: Discovering Value and Promoting Excellence
B. Summary of Combined Sections Meeting related to Clinical Education presented by Bonnie Kinne
i. Affective Domain Development in the Clinic. Presentation and workshop.
C. APTA Education Clinical Education Special Interest Group Meeting Highlights:
i. APTA Best Practices in Clinical Education Task Force report to be available in April
ii. CSIF Web: Would like to increase beyond current 30% completion rate
iii. A position was approved that requests for clinical placements come from DCEs/ACCEs, and students be instructed not to contact sites to request experiences.
iv. Revision of PT/PTA CPI is a 2017 goal within APTA strategic plan
