Attendance:
You are responsible to attend all classes (unless excused school activity) and be actively engaged in the day’s lesson. Your attendance in the class is crucial to demonstrating proficiency in this subject. Excessiveabsence (more than 10 excused or unexcused) will cause you to be ineligible to earn credit in this class.
Work may be made up, after an excused absence only. It is your responsibility to see me before or after school to discuss missed assignments. You will have ONE (1) day for every day of absence to make up missed work.
Late Work
Classwork/Homework: I will accept a maximum of two late assignments per semester, so choose wisely. These will be for ¾ credit.
Any big project that we work on over several class periods is due on the assigned due date whether you’ve been gone during the work time. Plan accordingly.
Tests: If you miss a test, you have one calendar week to make it up. After one week, your grade defaults to zero.
