Number of Fishing Pier/Pool Bracelets requested: ______. Each registered, adult guest must wear a bracelet when using the fishing pier. This is to insure that the pier is being used by registered guests only. Bracelets are free but you will be charged $10 each on departure if they are not returned.

Accounts may be settled by credit card, money order, or approved personal checks. Extended Stay guests must use a credit card for the initial utility usage deposit ($150), even if they expect to settle their account by check. This card number will be held on file until the time of departure and any refunds or charges due at that time will be applied to the card.

Policy on Children

Galveston Bayis a family friendly resort.
RULES
There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool
No one other than you, the parent, is watching your child to protect them.
You, the parents, are responsible for your kids at all times and all places within the Resort.
* The names and ages of your children must be listed below.
* Children may not roam freely within the resort. Children are never permitted to be on or around another guest's site unless that guest has specifically invited them to be there.
* Children 12 or above may ride bicycles on resort streets without parents being present. Children 11 and younger must be supervised by an adult (18 or older) when outside, anywhere on the property (they may play on their own site at any time).
* Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult (18 or over) when in the pool or common areas. (supervised means present and actively watching)
* The pool and common areas are for registered guests only. You may not invite friends, or neighborhood kids to join your kids at these facilities.
* Children must wear a bracelet when using the pool or with an adult on the pier. Bracelets are available in the office. They are free for children of the registered guest, but you will be charged $10 each if they are not returned when your children or you, leave the Park.
* Children are not permitted at any time to play in or around the pond.
* Children are not permitted to be in, on, under or around the gazebo or pier unless supervised by an adult (18 or older).
* There will be a 10:00pm curfew for all children under 18. They do not have to be inside, but must be back at their site.
ENFORCEMENT
There will not be any "second chances". If we verify that your children are violating these rules, you will have to leave at the end of your current "paid up" rental period.

Resort Rules

Guests must register at the office before entering a space in the RV resort.
Office Hours are Mon - Sat, 9:00 - 6:00; (closed daily 12:00 - 1:00) Sun 1:00 - 6:00
Check-Out is 12:00 noon unless prior late departure has been authorized by the office.
Speed Limit in the Resort is 10mph.
No Parking in the Fire Lanes, on the grass, or in reserved or vacant RV spaces. All vehicles / trailers, etc. must fit within your assigned space. If you do not fit, one or more of your vehicles / trailers must be parked in one of our overflow spaces at additional cost. Talk to the office - you will be assigned a space.
Vehicle Repairs, oil changes, etc. are not allowed.
Quiet Time - 10:00pm - 6:00am
Some guests work nights and are sleeping during the day. No loud noises, music, or disturbances at ANY TIME.
Parents and Guardians are responsible for the conduct, actions, and safety of their children at all times. Children 16 and under are not allowed in restrooms, showers, swimming pool, playground, fishing pier, or any other facility without adult supervision. Skateboards, ATV's, mini-bikes, and motor scooters are not allowed in the Resort. Electric Golf Carts are permitted if driven by a licensed driver and operated in a safe manner.
Pool hours are 10:00am to 9:00pm, weather permitting. NO LIFEGUARD - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Children 16 and under MUST have adult supervision present at all times. No food or drink, running, diving or horse play allowed. Posted rules are strictly enforced.
Trash - DO NOT leave trash outside. Dumpsters are for household garbage only. DO NOT leave litter around your RV or anywhere else on the grounds. FISH CLEANING REMAINS are not allowed in the dumpsters.
Pets are welcome but must be inside your RV or on a leash at all times. Pets may not be left unattended outside at any time. Walk your pets in the grassy areas. PICK UP AND DISPOSE of any deposits. Pets are not allowed in the pool area, laundry room, or restrooms. No dog pens, vicious, aggressive, or barking animals allowed. Pets that disturb the tranquility of the park constitute grounds for immediate eviction. Maximum of 2 pets per site. There will be a $25 fine if we have to pick up after your pet.
Open fires - not permitted at sites. BBQ gas and charcoal grills are allowed.
Generators may be used for emergencies only between 7:00am and 10:00pm.
The Fishing Pier is for registered guests only. Guests visiting you may fish with prior approval from the office...$10 per person per day. Maximum two persons per site, including guests. No swimming, diving, or jumping off fishing pier. Use the cleaning station for all fish kept.
Excessive alcohol consumption or use of any foul or threatening language is not permitted anywhere in the Resort at any time. Violation of this rule is grounds for immediate eviction.
Fireworks and the discharge of any weapon including BB or pellet guns is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
All buildings are "Smoke Free Zones". No Smoking in any of the buildings at any time. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
Mail: Put your name and site number first, then the office address for short term renters. Mail can be picked up after 3:00pm. Extended Stay guests may have their own postal box onsite. Normal messages will not be accepted at the office. Only real emergency messages will be delivered...if possible. Please advise the office if you are expecting a FedEx, UPS, or parcel.
Laundry is open 24/7. Please remove clothes and lint from the dryers.
Rest Rooms are cleaned daily. We ask your help to keep them that way. Do not change Air Conditioner settings in any building.
Satellite dishes are allowed provided they are under 30" in diameter. TV, Internet, and Phone installations are allowed if professionally installed and all cables and lines are buried underground.
Wi-Fi - We provide free, limited usage of our Wi-Fi network. Enter your access code number one time. If you exceed fair usage, your system will slow down to dial-up speed for one hour.
RV Sites - Use RV jacks only. No steps other than RV steps unless approved by management for handicapped / safety reasons. No screened rooms or porches. Storage sheds are allowed with approval from the office. Nothing is to be stored under or around the RV site. Please use a sewer ring or sewer connector. No clothes lines, "For Sale" signs, outside refrigerators or freezers. Sites must be kept clean and neat at all times. We encourage you to wash your RV. They MUST remain clean in appearance. No clutter in the yard. We must be able to mow your site without moving things around.
RV Condition - The Resort only accepts fully self-contained RV's in clean and good condition... as determined by management. The Resort reserves the right to refuse admission or require any guest to bring their RV up to expected standards.
Canal Access - is via wood steps down to the canal. For your safety, DO NOT attempt to climb down the bank.
Parking - Each site includes parking for two vehicles or trailers. A guest's vehicles and trailers must fit within the parking space allocated to the site. If they do not fit, the guest must put one or more vehicles or trailers in a designated overflow parking space. Additional charges apply. Check with the office for exact charges.
Should it be necessary to put a guest on a site that will not accommodate two vehicles, overflow space will be provided at no additional cost.
Billing - Billing options are Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. Discounts are applied off the daily rate for "Weekly" and "Monthly" rates.
Payments - are made in advance for the full term of the expected stay, with the exception of "extended stays". Those choosing a "Monthly" term will be allowed to pay monthly, in advance, for the following month regardless of the length of stay anticipated.
Payments must be made by approved personal check, Money Order, or Credit Card. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT OF RENT.
Refunds - Guests whose plans change may request a refund. Minimum charge is 3 Days, and charges for actual time on site will be calculated at the posted daily rate.
These rules are designed for the safety and convenience of all guests, and to maintain a clean resort. Disregard for any of these rules will be sufficient reason to terminate a guest's stay without additional notice.
The Resort and Management are not responsible for loss, damage, or claims for damage to property or persons or guests due to fire, theft, or accidents from any cause.
The presence of a night watchman does not guarantee that you will not suffer loss due to theft. Take valuables inside. Lock your vehicles.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. Any right granted to guests in the RV park is through a revocable license, which may be revoked at any time. You are not a tenant with a lease.
I have read and received a copy of these rules and agree to comply with all Resort rules and regulations. I understand that I am a guest in the Resort through the extension of a Revocable License. I understand and accept that Management has the right to change the rules or rates at its sole discretion at any time. Furthermore, I authorize you to make any credit, criminal, background or other checks you deem necessary to grant my usage license at Galveston Bay RV Resort.
Additionally, I understand that I am responsible for the actions of anyone staying with me in my RV, or visiting me on the premises. I will review these rules with other occupants and guests.

Propane Refill

Propane bottles will be refilled Tuesday - Saturday between 9:00am and 4:00pm.
Except in the case of an emergency (you've run completely out) or you're leaving the park, bottles will be filled at the end of the day and ready for pick up when you come into the park after work.
* Set your bottle(s) outside the office door
* Write your name and site number on one of the wire-tags available there
* If you have signed a credit card authorization form, you may simply pick up your bottles when you return from work. If not, you will need to pay for the propane upon pick-up.
We understand that you might occasionally forget. But remember that our staff is not on 24-hour call. They will fill your bottles after hours if / when they are available.
Bottles filled after normal hours will be charged an additional $5 per bottle.

Extended Stay
Monthly Billing
The resort offers special discounted rates for long term guests. In this case, site rents are substantially lower, and guests pay for actual electricity usage.
Upon arrival, you will be charged for your first month. If you will be staying longer, your rent will be due on the date your site was booked, one month later.
Meters are read on Tuesdays, and statements will be delivered on Wednesday. If departing, your check-out time will be by noon, one month from the date your site was booked. A new monthly rental period begins at noon, one month from the date your site was booked . Accounts must be paid by the close of business on your due date. A $50 late fee will be applied if the account is not paid in full by the close of business on the due date.
Guests who do not prepay for another rental period, but hold over and continue to occupy the site after 12:00 Noon, will be billed at the daily rate of $50 for each additional day the site is occupied.
I agree that you may automatically charge the credit card on file for the number of extra, unpaid days if I do not come in to settle my account before departure.
Early Departures -
Guests whose plans change may request a refund. However, the charges for time here will be calculated on the daily rate of $50.

Extended Stay guests will receive a bill every month on a Wednesday. Meters will be read on the Tuesday before so that actual usage for the previous period can be included. Your bill will include the charge for electricity, plus the charge for the next month. Accounts must be settled by credit card or approved check. Cash is not accepted.
Failure to settle your account by the close of business on your due date will cause a $50 late fee to be added to your account.
Guests authorizing us to automatically charge their credit card can not only avoid the risk of late fees, but avoid having to come into the office at all.
