Brandie Perrin

Brandie is currently the Director of Clinical Research for Community Health Network, a top ranked non-profit health system with more than 200 sites of care and affiliates throughout Central Indiana that integrates hundreds of physicians, specialty and acute care hospitals, surgery centers, home care services, MedChecks, behavioral health and employer health services. She works directly for the Chief Academic Officer of Community Health Network and collaborates with the Office of Research Administration to plan, develop and execute strategic operational leadershipfor research services across the entire network.
Brandie is passionate about bringing world-class treatments closer to home for patients and their families to ensure they have access to the best possible options available for their care. An industry expert with more than a decadeof successful experience in Clinical Research, Brandie has the proven ability and vision to develop operational infrastructure and foster strategic alliancesthat produce enduring results in offering patients new medications, devices and procedures and healthcare providers clinical trial opportunities across all product lines.
In her previous role, Brandie co-founded Community Hospital Anderson’s clinical research enterprise and grew the operations to be one of the topclinical research organizations in the industry.Prior to her career in research, Brandie worked simultaneously as an HR Consultant and a Director of Educational Services. In these roles she partnered with executives and senior leaders to develop and leadnumerous strategic initiatives, programs and process improvements across the organization as well as guide successfulnavigation of complex HR and business challenges.
Throughout her 15 year career in healthcare, Brandie has built a reputation for integrity, excellence and customer service and has been recognized oftenfor her performance by peers and senior leaders and received multiple service excellence awards.
Deeply committed to “giving back,” Brandie currently serves as the Chair of Intersect’s Board of Directors (a not-for-profit organization who promotes, encourages and empowers healthy living in communities), Immediate Past President and Nominating Committee Chair for Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Indiana Chapter Board and leads a Christian Healthcare Executive Group. She also recently served asCommunity Hospital Anderson’sAlzheimer’s Committee Co-Chair and led a 30 department allied health council.
Brandie holds a MBA from Anderson University, a MSW with non-profit management and fund development concentrationsfrom Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ball State University with a research focus and publication. Originally from Anderson, IN, Brandie now resides in Indianapolis with her husband Ben who teaches ESL for Indianapolis Public Schools.
