President Bruce Powell called the meeting to order at 6:04 pm and a quorum was determined. Board members present also included Rene McGrew, Michele Varuolo, Ian Blair, Kevin Finley (left 6:15 pm), Lynn Wilson, and Kathy Thrall.
1.Secretary’s Report(Michele)
- The minutes of the November 6, 2012, External Board Meetingswereviewed. Lynn moved to approvewith a second from Rene. So voted.
2.Treasurer’s Report
- The balances and income/expense activity reports were presented via email. If any questions, please contact Treasurer Pat.
3.Foundation Committee Report(Kathy)
- The EREY project collection has been slow since we haven’t had meetings. Kathy will bring up again at next meeting.
4.Service Committee Report
- Bruce reported in for Service regarding the Wine Tasting Event. There is a possibility on the horizon to have this event this year and Mike Liberti and Bruce have been talking to Sunday River about it. (Note: Since that time, it’s proposed to be March 16 at the White Cap Lodge at Sunday River.)
- Since March 31 is Easter, the Spring Country Breakfast is proposed for March 10. (Note: Since that time, Gould has indicated hosting it either March 10 or March 24.)
- David Murphy forwarded a memo recap of the Christmas for Children program for 2012. Attached.
- April 13 is the Bowl for Kids Sake.

- Lynn motioned; Kathy seconded and all voted to adjourn the meeting. The meeting adjourned at 6:21 pm.
