THE MIKVAH OF ETERNAL SALVATION

This is Part I of a three-part series on salvation. I also include my personal testimony of salvation and my life following it, so that you might be encouraged and get to know me better.

This article gives the beginning steps to take for eternal salvation. I do not give you Christianity or any religion in any of my articles--I give you only what the eternal Word of Elohim (God) says from beginning to end. He is clear enough for a child to understand. I encourage you to ask the Spirit of Yahuweh (Elohim of Israel) to teach you, and lead you into all Truth, for He is called “The Spirit of Truth”. I encourage you to look up all the Scriptures, written, or not written out, so that the Spirit might teach you personally. He is the Spirit of Yahuweh. What a privilege to be taught by the Creator!

The Mikvah of the Blood of the Lamb of Elohim--who takes away the sin of world

A mikvah is a pool fed by running water (“living water”), and immersion into its cleansing waters is a sign of one having left sin and uncleanness behind, leaving also painful memories, and immersing in the cleansing waters, then coming out with a new life, having been forgiven of sin, washed clean, to live in peace and joy, knowing our destiny is eternal life with our Creator.

Such a pool has been opened to us, even a mighty fountain, in which we might immerse ourselves and be cleansed and freed, so that we might know and serve the One who freed us. (Zechariah 13:1) This first immersion into salvation is the beginning of a whole new life of immersions into the love and mercy of Elohim (God), each one setting us free from the kingdom of darkness and eternal death. There is only one Elohim that promises us His forgiveness, His cleansing, His salvation, and eternal life – the Elohim of Israel, who says in Isaiah 43:11: “I, I am Yahuweh, and besides Me there is no Savior”, and in Isaiah 45:22-24a: “Turn to Me and be saved, all you ends of the earth! For I am El and there is none else…to Me every knee shall bow, and every tongue confess `Only in Yahuweh do I have righteousness and strength...’ ”

From the time of Adam and Eve’s sin of rebelling against the good instructions of their Creator, by His mercy He provided a blood sacrifice so that they could be forgiven and clothed in righteousness. (Genesis 3)

Romans 3:23: “For all have sinned and come short of the esteem of Elohim”.

On Mount Moriah, Abraham went in obedience to sacrifice his only son,

Page 1

Isaac. But, before he could do that, a voice from heaven stopped him. A ram was found stuck in the thickets—a ram as a substitute for Isaac. The Messenger of Yahuweh told him to sacrifice the lamb instead of his only son.

In Isaiah 53, we read that Yahuweh, because of the sin of mankind, had to sacrifice His only Son, Yahushua Messiah, so that those who believe in Him might have everlasting life.

Yahuweh, the name of the Father, means: “I am the ever-living One who breathes”. The name of His Son bears His own Name. Yahushua means: “Yahuweh is salvation”. “Blessed is He who comes in the Name of Yahuweh!”

The Word tells us: “Without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness of sin”. (Leviticus 17:11; Hebrews 9:22) Because no human can pay the price for the sin of another human, because all are sinners, One who was without sin had to pay the price of punishment for the sin of mankind, so that those who accept death and resurrection can go free.

II Corinthians 5:21: “For He (the Father) made Him (the Son), who knew no sin, to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of Elohim”. Because He took our sin on Himself, we have the privilege to enter into His righteousness and be justified before the Judge of the Universe. There is no greater love than this, for the Son of the Judge Himself to willingly lay down His life so that the condemned might go free! We are a condemned race by our own doing. But, in His mercy, He provided a Lamb—the Lamb of Elohim--His only Son who came forth from His inner being—to atone for the sins of the world.

John 1:29: “Behold the Lamb of Elohim who takes away the sin of the world”.

John 3:16: “For Elohim so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him, shall not perish but have everlasting life!”

John 3:36: “He who believes in the Son has everlasting life, but he who does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of Elohim abides on him”. There are two different words in Greek used here – one for “believes” and one for “obey”. In receiving His salvation, we are not talking about a belief-system in the head of man’s reasoning--accepting a philosophy or religion—no, we are talking about obedience to a Master that we choose to follow. He gave His life for us. In return, we give our life to Him. Obedience to His Word is primary to continuing in salvation. Salvation is not about receiving a free gift, or ticket, to get out of hell – salvation is knowing the Person of the Savior, and the Person of His Father, being obedient to His Word, and laying down your life to tell others of His Good News.

Messiah says in His High Priestly prayer to His Father in John 17:3: “And this eternal life, that they should know You, the only true Elohim, and

Page 2

Yahushua Messiah, whom You have sent”.

I John 3:8b: “For this purpose the Son of Elohim was manifested, that He might loose us from the works of the devil”.

Excerpts from Colossians 1:12-22: “…giving thanks to the Father…who has delivered us from the authority of darkness, and transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His

blood, the forgiveness of sins, who is the likeness of the invisible Elohim, the first born of all creation. Because in Him were created all that are in the heavens and that are on earth…and He is before all, and in Him all hold together…And you who once were estranged and enemies in the mind by works, now He has completely restored to favor in the body of His flesh through death, to present you set-apart and blameless and unreproveable before Him, if indeed you continue in the faith, founded and steadfast and

are not moved away from the expectation of the Good News…”

Ephesians 2:8: “By grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves--it is the gift of Elohim, it is not by works, so that no one should boast”.

Please know that no church membership, or water baptism, or obedience to the rules of any religous group, or any good works of charity, will earn your salvation. Only by humbling yourself as a sinner who needs His mercy, and receiving His provision for your sin, the One who paid the punishment you deserve, will grant you eternal life! HOWEVER: Once you are born again by faith, the next step is to begin to obey your new Master! Obedience to His Word, the written Word and the spoken Word to your re-born spirit that is in your middle (loins area) of you that can contact the eternal realm of Yahuweh, is mandatory for the Spirit to be able to change your mind and emotions (soul that contacts this natural world) to align to your new re-born spirit. Therefore, eternal rewards are “according to works” – not good deeds, or obedience to a religious creed - but deeds done in obedience to His commands on a daily basis. For we were slaves of Satan, and now we have changed Masters, and so are in training for reigning as bond-slaves of Yahushua Messiah.

Romans 6:23: “For the wages of sin is death, but the favorable gift of Elohim is everlasting life in Messiah Yahushua, our Master”.

I Peter 1:18-21, 23: “…knowing that you were redeemed from your futile behavior inherited from your fathers, not with what is corruptible, silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Messiah as a lamb unblemished and spotless, foreknown, indeed before the foundation of the world, but manifested in these last times for your sakes, who by Him believe in Elohim

Page 3

who raised Him from the dead and gave Him esteem, so that your faith and expectation are from Elohim…Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible by the Word of Elohim, who lives and abides forever”.

John 3:3, 5: Messiah speaking: “Truly I say to you, unless one is born from above, he is unable to see the Kingdom of Elohim…Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water (natural birth) and the Spirit (spiritual birth), he

is unable to enter into the Kingdom of Elohim”.

Salvation begins with repentance of all known sin. To repent means we turn away from it.Without repentance there is no salvation, we remain in our sin. We must reject Satan’s kingdom of darkness in order to enter the Kingdom of Light. We cannot have two Masters. We cannot mix the things of this world and of Satan’s kingdom with our new life in Yahuweh’s Kingdom!

Joshua 24:15: “You choose this day whom you will serve!”

Isaiah 43:25; 44:22: “I, I am He who blots out your transgressions for My own sake, and will remember your sin no more”. “I shall wipe out your transgressions like a cloud, and your sins like a mist. Return to Me, for I shall redeem you”.

Micah 7:18-19: “Who is an El like You--taking away crookedness and passing over the transgression of the remnant of His inheritance. He shall not retain His wrath forever, for He himself delights in kindness. He shall turn back and have compassion on us. He shall trample upon our crookedness! And you shall throw all our sins into the depths of the sea!

Psalm 103:12: “As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us”.

There are forty things that the Spirit does Himself that transfers us from the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of Light, everlasting life in Elohim. We cannot do one of these forty things. Please refer to the article “The True New Birth” for these forty things. We become a totally new creation in all aspects, prepared for the Kingdom of Yahuweh and Yahushua.

We enter into salvation by faith in what He has said. But, first we must repent of sin, and turn from the kingdom of darkness and all its hold on us, so that we might enter the mikvah and immerse spiritually in the blood of

the Lamb and be transferred into His Kingdom.

II Corinthians 5:17: “Therefore, if any man be in Messiah, he is a new (renewed) creation--the old things are passed away, behold all things become new”. He renews us to the state in which Adam and Eve were before Elohim before they sinned, still able to sin, but with power to overcome all and stand before Him, blameless.

When I was four, I was riding in the backseat of my parent’s car, looking out

Page 4

the window as we were driving slowly towards a parking area at Huntington Beach. My parents were born of the Spirit, and I had grown up surrounded by prayer and the Word of Elohim. All of a sudden, I watched as a

transparent bubble went all around me. Then someone spoke and said: “You

don’t belong here anymore”. I looked back outside at the surfers going towards the beach, and people walking along the sidewalk, and things looked different – as if I was looking at the world from inside a protective

shield. I turned to my mother and said: “The most important thing in life is God”. She later told me how that surprised her coming from a four-year old. Truly, at that point, as I learned later, He set me apart unto Him.

When I was six, almost seven, I heard a sermon in our church on salvation. I knew it was my day to make my public confession of my faith in the Savior. All that afternoon, I spoke to my cousins about salvation. I was very

excited. In the evening service, I planned to walk down the aisle after the

invitation for salvation was given. As soon as they began singing the final

hymn and people who wanted to receive the Savior were invited to come forward, I jumped into the aisle, and my mother later told me that I skipped down the aisle. A man came to me with a “decision card” to fill out. I told him I did not come down to fill out a card but to go into the prayer room and be born again. Three others my age came to be born again that night. In about a month, we four were baptized in water to publically tell all that we had made a decision to follow our Savior. That was my beginning. Repenting of sin and placing faith in the shed blood of the Lamb is where the walk of everlasting life begins for everyone, no matter what age they are. We begin on an eternal journey, and our progress is determined by how

much we let the Spirit teach us, and how obedient we are to what He says.

I began telling all my friends about Him. It was my passion to see others saved for eternity, so that they could live with Him in His Presence forever.

In 1966, Messiah baptized me into Yahuweh’s Spirit, Luke 3:16, and I received boldness like never before to proclaim His Word. I also received

gifts from Him that allowed me to move in healing, miracles, and give His Word of knowledge and wisdom and prophecy.

From my new birth, He began filling me with His Word. I began, even at age

nine, to do missionary work in a Mexican church with young children, and go on missionary trips to Mexico and the Navajo Indian reservation. In 1964, at the age of 20, I was working with a group taking missionary training on Navajo reservation. One day, as I was riding in the cab of a truck out in the open spaces of the reservation in Arizona, it began to rain, with lightning and thunder. We saw a stranded old Navajo lady along the road. We stopped to pick her up. She was terrified of the lightening, so she hopped in the cab, and we put her between us. Seeing her fear, we began singing an old song:

Page 5

“Would you be free from your burden of sin? There’s power in the blood, power in the blood. Would you o’er evil a victory win? There’s wonderful power in the blood. There is power, power, wonder-working power, in the blood of the Lamb…” She calmed down and smiled, even though she knew no English. Yes, there is power in the blood of the Lamb to give us victory!

From that beginning I went on the “mission field” and preached in many different places. He has taken me into 35 countries so far, besides America.

During my college years, I preached on the streets of “skid row” in Los Angeles, in jails, prisons, half-way houses, youth detention homes, rescue missions, hospitals, nursing homes, and on the street in full choir robe with others, singing and preaching in Long Beach. I joined Open Air Campaigners in my third year of college, and gave my testimony in different places from an open van, in Los Angeles, in Hollywood, and other areas. My life was

sharing the Good News. Later I went in and out of east Africa preaching for

seven years, and teaching the Word, teaching pastors and church leaders,

and exhorting all to righteousness in many countries, as well as the U.S. I have also taught in two Bible Colleges in America and Africa, mostly teaching what is misnamed “the Old Testament”. I now know that it is not “Old” as opposed to something brand new, but very present reality for now and for eternity. During my college years I began studying prophecy of the end-times. Today, after 48 years, I am still teaching and preparing people for the coming of Messiah Yahushua for His reign upon the earth. The greater portion of my articles is to instruct and warn, and to prepare people to receive His coming.

In 1998, He instructed me to move to Aqaba, Jordan, where I lived eight

years. Even though I was a Bible College graduate, during those eight years He took religion out of me, and the teachings of man that were not throughout His Word, and exposed roots of deception. I saw that most of man’s teaching is not according to the whole Word of Yahuweh—Genesis to Revelation. In 2001, I began writing articles on subjects throughout the Word, and updates on news pertaining to the end times.

To date I’ve written about 450 articles and updates in all areas taught by the Word, ministered to, and counseled with many people.

In my studying I go through the whole Word from Genesis to Revelation, because I want the whole truth. I let the Spirit of Yahuweh be my teacher. I’ve had to throw out loads of man’s doctrines, because the Word won’t support them. I don’t want to hear some teacher taking a verse here and a verse there to prove his own opinion. I only want to know Elohim’s opinion!
