At Pricer the Test Processes needed to be evaluated, re-designed and rolled out. Scrum was introduced and the test process had to be adapted and included. Coordination with the offshore development in India was necessary (with travels). Test reporting and accountability were performed and improved. HW management (Test equipment and labs) were placed under the control of the test team.

The first assignment at Atex was to design and establish the Project Management and Test Management (it was not working or not implemented). After 3 months, with the processes in place, the projects were in schedule and for the first time, Atex delivered on time (actually earlier than anticipated), with above 80% quality level.
The test team was structured and started to work based on tasks delegated.
  • QA processes and methods were established (for Development and Test), Software development processes started to include a Test phase.
