From January 2014 is Consumer Oil R&D Manager in Poland
In period to 2010 - 2013 is the coordinator for the BUNGE long term (strategic) Scientific Research Projects and co-operations with Universities .
György has 35 years experience managing Scientific- and New Product and Process Development projects in Food Industry; mainly in area of Technology of Vegetable Oils and Fats. In period 1999-2009 years responsible for New Product Developments for Bunge, ZT Kruszwica (Poland). Developed and launched more than 100 NPDs since 1999, helping BUNGE become market leader in Poland in production of consumers and professional margarines and specialty fats.
Like Product Innovation Manager of polish team launched the first very low fat spread (20%-25% Fat content ) on Polish market in 2002. Developed of „Brash” hydrogenation for production of high stable frying oils. Launched of range of confectionery fats „Efekt „ based on co- hydrogenated fats with GMO Free certificate (product without soybean oil). Redesign of ZTK margarine and fats portfolio (B2C and B2B) based on hydrogenated palm oleins (Low cost products with reduced Trans fatty acid content). Developed the InKru36 interesterified hardstock for B2C and B2B Low trans margarine production. Launched of range of Dairy Fat replacers and Cocoa Butter Replacers and Cocoa Butter Substitute.
Introduced of Linear Programming (LP) with Jean Claude Martine as permanent tool in cost reduction and product development of fat products.
Implemented of Innovation Project Management procedure with Jean Claude Martine in 2002 (with ISO 9002 certification).
In period 2009-2010 Product Innovation Manager of Bunge Europe Innovation Centre Katalin Kővári in Budapest for Vegetable Oils and yellow fat spreads.
