Giillingham Anchorians Hockey Club Rules
The start times for session on the Astroturf will normally be 10-30, 12-00, 13-30, 15-00 and 16-30. Sufficient knock-up time is allowed in pitch bookings and players should refrain from touchline practice during other games.
All users must comply with the following regulations:
NO studded footwear/rollerblades or bicycles
NO knocking up while match in progress
NO smoking or use of drink glasses within the compound
All visiting clubs are reminded that any fixture cancelled after 8.00 pm on the Thursday before a Saturday scheduled match, will be liable to pay the full cost of the pitch hire unless a replacement fixture can be arranged.
Hockey Club Committee meetings are held on the second Monday of each month

Annual Subscription and Match Fees

Anchorians Association fees for all members are included within the Hockey Club subscription Standing order forms for annual subscriptions available
Players who have not paid their annual subscription in full by 31st October 2011 will not be considered available for selection
An additional £10 monthly penalty is payable by those who fail to pay annual subscriptions by 31st October 2011, without prior agreement with the treasurer
Participants in Tournaments are expected to pay fees which meet all costs
Insurance:
The club does not insure players against any personal accidents
Members are advised to affect their own cover against accident and theft
