PROPOSAL EVALUATION PROCESS

The Evaluation Team will evaluate all aspects of each submitted proposal. Each evaluator will evaluate all proposals, including the Respondent's Questionnaire and any additional submittals. Each Team Member is entitled to one score for each category item, for each proposal submitted, excluding cost. Acquisition will evaluate and score Cost. Upon completion of the evaluation, Acquisition will tabulate the results and identify the top rated Respondent(s) for consideration.

Listed below are the percentages assigned to each category and category item. Acquisition will tabulate the results by taking the points assigned to a category item and multiplying by the category item’s weight (listed below). Each category item shall be assigned a point range of 0 to 4. Points are defined per the attached Table 1, Definition of Grades.

3.The evaluation scoring will be prepared solely by each team member. A special comment section is provided following the evaluation categories and each team member should provide written justification support all scores submitted.
