To Enter:
Complete the 2011 application packet and submit it to AHAINA using one of the following methods: scan/email the completed packet to , fax the completed packet to AHAINA at 907-786-4079, or hand deliver to AHAINA Student Programs at 3211 Providence Drive, Rasmuson Hall, Suite 106, Anchorage, Alaska 99508.

Eligibility:
Any woman who is currently enrolled in 6 or more credits during the Fall 2010 semester at UAA, has a minimum 2.5 G.P.A., and considered a rising Junior with 60-89 cumulative credits.

Judging and Notification:
A panel of judges will evaluate candidates based on leadership experience, personal involvement in the community and campus affairs, volunteer experience, and academic excellence. Winners will be anoounced at the 2011 Women of Excellence Awards Banquet, to be held on November 13, 2010 at the Lucy Cuddy Hall, UAA main campus.

Each Entry Must Include:

· A completed application form.

· An official college transcript.

· A black-and-white or color photograph (for identification purposes only); please include this with your completed application packet.

· At least two (2) letters of recommendation; please use the forms provided.

· CDs, videos, or samples of your work may be submitted with your application packet. You may also include any relevant newspaper clippings or describe local recognition received in newspapers, on radio, television, etc. Label photo(s) with your name. Application portfolios will be returned following the awards banquet.
