Candidates formembershipmustbeabletodemonstrateboth(i) professionalachievement–minimumthreeyearsofexecutivelevelresponsibilitiessustainedinoneormorepositionsprecedingdateofapplication, and (ii) significantcontributionstothecommunityinprofessional, civic, and/or nonprofitorganizations–minimumofthreeyearsinaleadership positionORdemonstratedcommitmenttocommunityserviceoverthecourseofadultlife.

Membershipisnotlimitedbyanyrestrictionsonthebasisofgender,race,color,creed,politicalaffiliation,sexualorientation,disabilityornationalorigin.Satisfyingtheminimumqualificationrequirementsformembershipisintendedtobebroadlyinterpreted,flexible,andinclusivesoasnottoprecludeconsiderationofacandidatebyartificialapplication. PRACTICEOFLAW

ExecutiveLevel:ThreeyearsasaPartneraccompaniedbysignificant,demonstratedleadershipinthelegalprofessionandmanagerialexperiencewithinthePartnership. In-house corporate counsel positions with at least twelve years of experience.

SolePractitioner: Extensive experience, likely not less than seven to ten years,as asolepractitionerorpreferablyinanofficewithmorethanonepersonanddemonstratingsignificantrecognitionwithintheprofession, equaling that of a person attheexecutive/CEOlevel.
