The Delaware City Fire Company is looking for teenagers aged 14 – 18 who are interested in the fields of emergency services or would like to volunteer to help their community. We are an equal opportunity organization.

HOW TO JOIN

Stop in to Delaware City Fire Company and pick up an application packet or download the application from the website. Fill it out along with the parental / legal guardian consent form. Bring the packet to the Fire Company for review by the Review Board. You will be notified by phone and mail when to attend your review meeting. A parent or legal guardian must be present for your review meeting.

THE COOL STUFF

Training is a large part of everyday life in the fire department, whether it’s scheduled or just a few people hanging out at the firehouse. Here is an example of the cool stuff you will learn in this program.
