ACCEL / MOWR (Move On When Ready)
Eligible students can take college level coursework for credits towards high school graduation requirements. / Eligible students can take college level coursework for credits towards high school graduation requirements.
Students must apply to the eligible institution and be accepted in the ACCEL program. / Students must apply to the eligible institution and be accepted in the MOWR program.
Students may enroll full-time (12 or more hours) or part-time (1-11 hours) in a postsecondary institution during the Fall and Spring semesters only. / Students must enroll full-time (minimum 12 hours) in a postsecondary institution during the Fall and Spring semesters only.

Complete and submit Part I of ACCEL application at www.gacollege411.org. / Students must complete and submit the MOWR paper application.

Funding provided by state appropriations. / Funding provided through high school’s FTE (full-time enrollment) allotment.
Credit hours earned do not count towards HOPE fund availability. / Credit hours do not count against HOPE fund availability.
