On 10-31-13, a vehicle owner came out of a business in the 26600 block of 72nd AV NW and found a male prowling her vehicle. The male quickly jumped into another vehicle driven by a female and sped away. Investigation continues.
On 10-31-13, two vehicles collided in the 7500 block of SR 532. One driver was cited for Speeding Too Fast for Conditions.
On 10-31-13, two vehicles collided in the 26800 block of 98th DR NW. One driver was cited for Failing to Yield.
On 11-1-13, a truck in the 7300 block of 276th St NW left the roadway, collided with a light pole and sped away.
On 11-1-13, a truck left running in the street in the 7700 block of 273rd St NW was stolen. It was recovered, abandoned, two days later in the county.
On 11-1-13, a 16 year old Mount Vernon male is being referred for Possession of Marijuana in the 7600 block of 272nd St NW. He was on school grounds but was not currently a student.
On 11-1-13, a 32 year old Stanwood male was arrested on warrants in the 27600 block of Stauffer Rd.
On 11-1-13, a street sign was damaged in the 27000 block of 88th Av NW.
On 11-2-13, a despondent 16 year old Stanwood girl was contacted in the 27200 block of 102nd Av NW and transported for treatment.
On 11-3-13, a vehicle was stolen from the 27300 block of Pioneer Hwy.
On 11-3-13, a vehicle was stolen from the 8300 block of 282nd St NW.
On 11-3-13, a vehicle stolen from Arlington was recovered in the 28100 block of 82nd Av NW.
On 11-3-13, a 35 year old Stanwood man was booked into jail for Assault 2nd DV and Unlawful Imprisonment in the 27600 block of 73rd Av NW. His wife reported he assaulted her and wouldn’t allow her to leave a bedroom for over an hour.
On 11-3-13, a vehicle was stolen from the 7700 block of 273rd St NW. It was located several hours later in the 8500 block of Hennings Dr.
On 11-3-13, a vehicle was stolen from the 9800 block of 271st St NW. It was recovered three days later in the area of Church Creek Loop.
On 11-3-13, a woman paid for yogurt at a business in the 26800 block of 92nd Av NW with a fraudulent card.
On 11-4-13, a bicycle was stolen from the 9700 block of 272nd Pl NW.
On 11-4-13, a citizen found a wallet with over a hundred dollars in cash spread out on the side of the road in the 27700 block of 102nd Av NW and turned it in to the police department. The owner was located and expressed his gratitude.
On 11-4-13, unknown hit and run driver damaged a vehicle parked in the 9600 block of 270th St NW.
On 11-4-13, a woman and her estranged husband were involved in a verbal domestic disturbance in the 8000 block of 267th St NW.
On 11-4-13, parents of a 16 year old Stanwood girl reported she had run away from the 6900 block of Church Creek LP. They believed she was with her boyfriend who had been abusive to her and possibly had a handgun. Police checked several locations in Snohomish and Skagit counties attempting to locate her. Her parents located her three days later in Sedro Woolley and brought her home.
On 11-4-13, two vehicles collided in the 7200 block of SR 532. One driver was unable to stop in time.
On 11-5-13, two vehicles collided in the 10300 block of SR 532. One driver was unable to stop in time.
On 11-5-13, two vehicles collided in the 7400 block of 276th St NW. One driver failed to yield.
On 11-6-13, a 17 year old Stanwood male was booked into Denny Youth Center for Assault 2nd DV in the 7900 block of 272nd St NW; he had a fight with his brother which fractured his collar bone.
On 11-6-13, a driver in the 8700 block of 271st St NW backed out of a parking stall, struck a vehicle towing a boat, struck another vehicle pushing it into a fourth vehicle and continued backing until colliding with a fifth vehicle, pushing it up onto a curb. She was cited for Failing to Yield.
On 11-6-13, three vehicles were damaged in the 8600 block of SR when the trailing vehicle driver got distracted and was not able to stop in time.
