Start Date, Location

We would require your acceptance of this letter no later than (Date) and a start date of (date). Your “home” office will be based on-site at (office name) in (Location).

Compensation

Initially, you will be paid a training salary of $XXX.XX per week ($XX,XXX annually). At that time you will be enrolled in Think, SeatonCorp’s Virtual University. You will be assigned five (5) learning plans to be completed during your first year of employment.

The initial learning plan, called New Hire Integration, is to be completed within your first three weeks of employment. At the end of your third week of employment, the Training Business Group will confirm that the New Hire Integration learning plan has been successfully completed. If successfully completed, your compensation will be increased to $XXX.XX per week ($XX,XXX annually). If not, you will be monitored weekly and your compensation will be adjusted upon successful completion. Completion is defined as successfully passing all courses contained in the New Hire Integration learning plan.

The training salary emphasizes Staff Management’s commitment to training and continuous learning.

In addition, your compensation package includes:

Schedule

Although flexibility is important to any (Position) success, your typical schedule will be (Work Schedule). As a (Position), you may be required to fill in for supervisors or managers when they’re unable to work or when the business needs require you to do so. Occasionally you will be required to work outside your typical schedule, at our discretion, to meet specific deadlines and to complete project work.

Responsibilities

The expected responsibilities for this position have been discussed with you in detail and will be further defined over the next several months. However, we will review your daily and weekly frameworks as well as the standard roles and responsibilities of your position as part of your training. In addition, the company’s culture is that employees should do whatever it takes to exceed the client’s expectations.

Agreements:

All full-time Staff Management employees are required to sign our Employee, Handbook, Confidentiality, Security and Software Agreements.

New Employee Orientation:

You are required to participate in our new employee orientation within your first week of service. You are scheduled to participate in our New Hire Orientation on Monday, DATE at 2:00 PM CST via Webex and conference call (if you are unable to attend, email ). The new employee orientation will cover topics that may answer questions about getting started with our company. You will receive an email from HR with the link to Webex and the phone number to dial into the conference call.

Performance Evaluation

During the first 90 days of employment you will be on probation, therefore your direct manager will attempt to work with you to ensure that you are on task and appropriately filling your duties. Your first formal evaluation will take place in April of 2009 and every April, thereafter. Nonetheless, you will receive one-on-one feedback from time to time and are welcome to solicit feedback at any time. As a Staff Management employee, you will quickly realize that day-to-day tasks indicate your effectiveness.

Benefits

401k Plan

You are eligible to participate in the 401k plan at the first enrollment date after six months of employment. Detailed information on the 401K plan will be presented at the New Employee Orientation.

Insurance

On your 31st day of employment you are eligible to participate in the company’s health insurance and life insurance plans; long and short-term disability; flexible spending accounts; and employee assistance plans. Our group plan offers 4 plan choices and 4 tiers. It also offers a bundle solution therefore the employee weekly contribution includes health, dental, vision, and prescription coverage.

Direct Deposit

As an eligible employee, you are required to participate in the direct deposit program to ensure that you have access to your online pay stubs. Please allow two to three weeks for verification of account numbers.

Vacation/Holiday

On your first day of employment, you may review the information on SeatonCorp’s Intranet site http://www.askseaton.com , under the Employee Handbook section. You will begin accruing vacation at the rate of 1.54 hours per week (80 hours annually) upon completing 30 days of service. In addition, SeatonCorp provides eligible employees with nine paid holidays.

Uniforms

All members of Staff Management Field Operation Service Teams are required to wear the Staff Management uniform during work hours. The basic uniform consists of a Staff Management shirtand khaki or navy pants. A variety of tops are available including polo,oxford and t-shirt styles. New employee orders are completed upon the 30th day of employment. For the first 30 days a similar dress code consisting of white, navy or denim top and khaki or navy pants is required.

In addition to the benefits listed above, Staff Management will provide you with a first year uniform allowanceof $100. A detailed SOP is available for additional information and ordering procedures.
