In a Europeansocietywheretheconcernforthereconnection of educationwiththelabor market is increasinglypresentthe "VolunteersactionforCommunity" proposes an innovativeperspective on learning: thesportsandoutdoorexperimentalsolutionsaimed at developingentrepreneurialskillsandovercomingbarriers in therelationshipwithotherscomingfromdifferentbackgroundsandcultures.

Activities;

-Agroup EVS stage (lasting 8 months) towhowilltakepart 6 youngpeoplefrom TR (of which at least 3 withfeweropportunities) .

-EVS volunteerswillprovidesupport (administrative, organizational, facilitationetc) forthefollowingactivities:

a) interactiveworkshops in English andTurkishlanguageforyoungesters in local (udicactivities, etc.),

(b) Localcampaignstopromotevolunteeringand E + opportunitiesetc.

Objectives:

- in whatconcernstheyoungparticipants in mobility: developingentrepreneurialskills, initiativeandabilitytoperform as activecitizensandparticipateeffectively in Europeaninterculturaldialogue. Moreover, weestimatethattheseyoungpeoplewilldevelopkeyskills in inter-personalcommunication.

- Inwhatconcernstheyouthworkersparticipatingtomobility :developingspecificskillsrequiredbyyouthworkerprofessionalcareerandacquiregreaterconfidence in theirabilities.

Genç Akademi is a non-profitnon-governmentalorganisationworkingforgeneralizingdailysportshabitamongyoungstersagedbetween 15-30. Forthisaimourassociationusesthedesire of differentiation of youngstersandsports as thetool. The main sportbranchesthatourassociation has beenaaplyingare dragon boatandclimbing. Correspondingly, ourassociationworks in thefield of advocacyforyouthrights in differentfields. Through thesetwo main areas, wekeepclosecontactwithotherassociationworkingforcloseaims in local, regionalandinternationallevel. Ourstructure is beingmanagedand ranbyvolunteers. Ourcorevolunteerteamrunsthiscommunicationprocessaccordingtotheirinterestareas. Inaddition, TurkishRedCrescent Eskişehir City Branch is also a powerful partner forourassociation. Most of ourmanagingvolunteersworkedfor TRC Eskişehir YouthDepartmentbefore. Thiscloserelationimprovesthequality of ouractivities. Genç Akademi mainlyappliesprojectbasedadvocacywork. Also, weapplysporteventsforourvolunteers.
